Are you sure that you know what is currently going on at your company between all departments? Well, if not, then listen up! We had the opportunity to create an explainer video for Flow, a software company that streamlines the communication between departments in businesses. It’s a simple cloud-based solution that ensures that you are sufficiently informed about what’s going on at your company.
So, besides a weekly meeting, how does your business streamline communication between departments? That’s where Flow comes in. They have this wonderful online based service that is able to synchronize all of your communication objectives into one mobile and desktop-friendly application, making everybody in your office updated and well-informed all the time.
As you can see from our video (above), there are multiple components that make their product unique, so that is where we come in. Flow asked us to create an awesome video that would simply break down all of their wonderful features and make them relatable to you, the business person. Notice how we rapidly mentioned these following departments:
- Sales
- Product info
- Operational Alerts
- HR
- Customer Feedback
- News Updates
Well, we chose this list of departments in the video to show that this platform is designed for each and every one of them in mind. Although these departments require different information, skills, etc., they all share the same thing, which is that their information must be accurate, up-to-date, and available exactly when needed. We decided to use a mixture of cartoon and whiteboard animation in this video to show off their fun side as a company while retaining the organized and clear messaging necessary to highlight what they have to offer.
As you can see, streamlined workflow communication is a good thing, better yet, it’s a great thing! We had a great time working with Flow and look forward to hearing feedback from their viewers about the video we made for them.
