Informational Video for WebExpenses | Whiteboard Animation

We had quite an adventure with our recent client, WebExpenses. The challenge was to create an informational video that garnered the input of finance managers, all the while driving opinions and awareness on the concept: What does the future hold for finance? Take a look:

For this engagement initiative, we did what we do best — we made a video! We began by introducing the questions or concerns that many financial departments are faced with today. We kept the animation simplistic and wanted to convey a brainstorm style conversation, hoping to engage viewers to realistically participate in the discussion.

In order to generate the necessary input on financial concepts, our team decided to scour London for the top four Financial Directors and CEOs who were willing to share their thoughts on what the future would hold for finance. From there, we interviewed the four with questions concerning topics such as financial reporting processes and the roles of business managers and business leaders possibly merging.

In most brainstorms, each individual shares their input. To replicate this action, our team derived the answers directly from the directors we spoke with, all who shared their personal views. We wanted viewers to feel included in this conversation, not as a lecture, but to empower them to share their insights of this topic on the WebExpenses site

Even if finance is not your favorite subject, the idea of a thought piece engaging those around you is brilliant (if we do say so ourselves). So, what do you think? Did we engage you? Why don’t you let us know your thoughts on what video production will mean in the next 10 years!
